Pet Deposit (Upfront): $200.00 (Per Pet)

Pet Fee (Upfront): $200.00 (Per Pet)

Pet Rent: $35.00 (Monthly Per Pet)

Resident Services Fee: $75.00 (Monthly)

Parking Fee (First Space): $5.00 (Optional Monthly)

Parking Fee Additional Space: $35.00 (Optional Monthly)

Late Fee: $150.00
